Company

Established in 1999 and restructured in 2023 as a dedicated, principal-led construction management firm.

A Structure Built for Performance

APCO/ArCon Construction & Management was established to provide a higher level of coordination, accountability, and leadership throughout the entire lifecycle of a construction project—from early planning and design through final completion.

Originally rooted in a construction practice established in 1999, the firm was restructured in 2023 into a dedicated, principal-led organization focused on delivering projects within the United States with greater efficiency, clarity, and control.

Integrated Design & Construction Background

Prior ownership in CDPA Architects + Planners (through 2021) — a firm with a legacy dating back to 1961 — provides a strong foundation in architectural and engineering coordination, allowing us to approach projects with full understanding of both design intent and construction execution.

Direct Owner Engagement

Principal-led structure ensures leadership is directly accessible and accountable on every project.

Faster Decisions

Streamlined hierarchy means quicker responses, fewer delays, and proactive issue resolution.

Clear Accountability

Every project has defined ownership from preconstruction through closeout.

Enhanced Risk Management

Early identification and mitigation of project risks before they impact cost or schedule.

How We Deliver Every Project

We begin each project by working closely with the Owner, design team, and stakeholders to establish clear objectives, realistic budgets, and achievable timelines based on market conditions and project requirements.
