The project consists of a multi-service automotive and convenience facility situated on approximately 6.5 acres, designed to serve both local and commuter traffic. Scope of work includes a 4,200 SF convenience store and retail building, a full-service automotive maintenance and oil change facility, a fueling canopy with multi-position fuel dispensing island, underground storage tanks and fuel distribution systems, site improvements including paving, drainage, utilities, and landscaping, and all associated infrastructure for a high-traffic commercial fueling and automotive service operation.
